1.Color Specifications and Variations
We take great care to accurately depict the colors of our products in our online store. However, please note that color variations can occur due to different screen displays, lighting conditions or printing processes. Slight variations in color are normal and should be expected when purchasing online.
2. Delivery Services and Options
We use Courier Delivery to send out orders placed in Singapore.
For International delivery, please contact us, as shipping rates vary between products and countries.
We strive to minimise over-production and as a small business, we have limited storage space to maintain Inventory. Once your order is placed, we aim to dispatch it as quickly as possible, with delivery times varying depending on personalisations and production schedules. Ready stocks will be sent out within 3-5 working days. Purchases involving Customisation & Personalisation will take 1-2 weeks. You’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details once the order is ready to send out. Should any delivery issues arise, please contact us promptly and we’ll assist in sorting it out.
3. Order Cancellations
We are unable to accept cancellations once your order has been placed and paid. Our products are made to order and mostly personalised, which help to minimise production wastage and overstocking on our end. Do take note of the production and delivery durations. Each item is created just for you, so please double-check your order details before placing the order. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us before completing your purchase.
Remember, if you experience any delivery problems or if your item arrives damaged, simply email us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing all the details and photos as proof.
