All items are carefully packed and checked before they are sent out.
As each product is thoughtfully prepared, all goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to change of mind.
That said, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and clear photo evidence of the item and packaging.
